Getting it in with NO excuses

Workout going down now and I don’t even care that it’s late.

We’ve had a few unexpected things we had to do this afternoon which kind of threw our day off, but I’ve been seeing all my ladies browsing their programs and knocking them out today and I’m totally inspired to not miss mine either. Plus, my workout is dancing to 80’s and 90’s musicβ€”it doesn’t get much better than that for a postpartum mama. πŸ™ŒπŸ½

I’m telling you….a support community changes EVERYTHING! I glance back from 2.5 years ago to now…who am I? ITCHING to workout even late afternoon? πŸ€·πŸ½β€β™€οΈI’ll take it! You know why? Because I’m sooooo much of a better wifey and mama because of it.

When I talk to new ladies getting into my groups, almost 99% of them say they are in need of one thing: ACCOUNTABILITY.
.
πŸ‘‰πŸ½πŸ‘‰πŸ½ Someone to cheer them on, and be there in the trenches with them. Someone to support them and help them on the days they want to give up.
.
That’s what being part of a team is all about. Support. Love. Friendship. Community. And a little kick in the booty every so often too. πŸ‘ŠπŸ½πŸ˜œ
