Since I’ve been a coach, I have tried multiple fitness programs from Beachbody and every single one of them is AMAZING! There is something for everyone — if you’re a cardio queen, weight-lifter, yogi, plyometric lover, hate working out with weights, need low impact  — they’ve got you covered!
