What Is PiYo?
This is a workout program for anyone and everyone of every age! Carve an intensely defined physique-without jumps, without weights, and without joint strain. Using body weight, PiYo uses low-impact, high-intensity movements inspired by Pilates and Yoga. Although low-impact, expect an intensely cardio-focused workout paired with strengthening, lengthening, and toning moves.
